Nally’s Safety and Health Assistance (NSHA) is owned and operated by Mark Nally, a third-generation limestone quarry operator.  Before launching NSHA in 2007, Mark operated three quarries in central Kentucky.  Through NSHA, Mark offers his skilled expertise and vast knowledge to support Independent Contractors and Quarry Operators throughout the mining industry to maintain MSHA compliance.

NSHA's Purpose
The governmental agency, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), is a necessary part of the mining and quarry industry.  When it comes to MSHA compliance regulations and required documentation, there is little or no support for the Independent Contractor or Mine Operator.

Nally’s Safety & Health Assistance purpose is to:

• Assist the Independent Contractor and/or Mine Operator in navigating through the myriad of MSHA regulations.
• Identify possible MSHA violations often overlooked during day-to-day operations.

How Does NSHA Do This?

• If you’re an Independent Contractor, we ask a few questions regarding the type of work or service you provide, and we will provide you with information necessary to comply with MSHA regulations.
• If you’re a Quarry Operator, we can conduct mock MSHA inspections, review MSHA-required documentation, and report any deficiencies.
